public class ExtremaLatitudeDetector extends AbstractDetector
MIN,
MAX and MIN_MAX for both.
The default implementation behaviour is to EventDetector.Action#STOP stop propagation when the
minimum/maximum latitude is reached. This can be changed by using provided constructors.
