Computes the PV coordinates at a date using Lagrange 4 interpolator.

Parameters:
date - the date
frame - the frame
Returns:
the PV coordinates at the given date
Throws:
OrekitException - should not happen

getPVCoordinates

public PVCoordinates getPVCoordinates(AbsoluteDate date,
                                      Frame frame)
                               throws OrekitException
Computes the PV coordinates at a date using linear interpolator.
